8 Week Beginner Yoga Course
In our Beginner yoga class you will learn a modified version of the Ashtanga Primary Series. We teach this series as it has never changed for over 100 years, this means its perfect for beginners as they can measure their progress better by having a consistant practice.

Gentle Stretch
Gentle stretch is designed to improve flexibility whilst learning to use breath to generate heat. We never exceed 5 out of 10 in terms of intensity. Gentle means gentle

- students are taught how to breath and measure intensity to remain gentle in their movement
Stretch & Flex
Stretch & Flex is a stretch class designed to improve your strength in lengthened positions. If Wheel Pose and Spilts are your goal than this class is perfect for you. The class is still beginner friendly as you will just go to your physical abilty.

Mid Day reset
In Mid Day Reset we do exactly that, we RESET! with a mix of mobility, breathwork and meditation the goal of this class is to have a gentle lunchtime reset

ashtanga mps
The traditional Primary Series generally takes about 90min to 120min when done in full. We have streamlined the Primary Series into a Modified series of 60mins to make the series more inclusive. Learn Yoga students learn this modified series in their 8 week course

Vinyasa flow
Each Teacher designs their own Flow that runs for an 8 week duration. This is done in order for students to feel a consistancy to their practice to help improve Asanas whilst also allowing your body to physically condition so your practice can evolve into more of a moving meditation.

Yin Yoga
In our Yin yoga classes you will have a 1.6m long pillow to shape into diffent arrangments to allow you to be as comfortable as possible. This class is gentle, restorative and relaxing. Delivered of an Evening under candle light to help student get a great nights rest.

float & balance
Have you ever wanted to learn how to do a headstand? Float and balance is a class designed to help student of all levels improve thier balance Asanas. All students learn the fundimentals of headstands, forearm stands & Handstands. It is a self paced class with homework given to help students improve thier abilities over time
